Valence designed and built a solution that utilized sophisticated computer vision models and provided it to potential customers in an intuitive and familiar way. With a public facing mobile application, we were able to allow customers to “see their new selfie” in order to better understand what was possible through teledentistry. This created an experience that was highly personalized and technology-driven.
The result was a more engaging means to attract potential customers through a viral customer experience that users shared online. With the ability to see how the potential treatment could impact their smile, customers were more likely to sign up for the treatment plan.
